Kim Rogers In Durham, NC

Kim Rogers is a therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice by telehealth in North Carolina. 

My training and experience include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and several forms of Biofeedback. Although it is necessary to address the presenting issues, it is my goal, as a therapist, to help clients move beyond simply addressing their immediate problems, to a place where they have the necessary skills and abilities that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

While I draw from the many empirically derived therapeutic approaches, I also refer to the concepts and strategies presented in the book, "The Artfully Lived Life"  and check out our other website by CLICKING HERE. We provide unique exercises and activities designed to increase self-awareness and intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual well-being.
